HoFH (History of Familial Hyper cholesterol) is a rare disease affecting 2% of children worldwide. Current paediatric treatment options require regular hospital visits putting a burden on parents and caregivers.

Children have to miss out on school, limit their diet and compromise their childhood. The brief was to promote a new once daily oral drug to reduce LDL-C (bad cholesterol) levels and give children and their parents the freedom to live life on their terms.
